Hotel Motel Acquisition Group understands and respects customers’ rights to privacy and is committed to protecting such privacy in accordance with this disclosure. This Privacy Policy shall outline the details as to how to maintain the privacy of customers’ nonpublic personal information. The following discusses the policies and that Hotel Motel Acquisition Group will implement to satisfy protection of customers’ privacy.

Changes and providing Notice

Hotel Motel Acquisition Group reserves the right to change and/or update this Privacy Policy at any time. If such changes are made, Hotel Motel Acquisition Group will disclose those changes to its clients so that they are aware of such changes of our policies concerning the collection of information, use and disclosure. Terminology

The term “nonpublic personal information” is defined as the information that our organization collects from customers in connection to doing business with Hotel Motel Acquisition Group Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories, government records, etc.

Clients are asked to provide personal information when doing business with Hotel Motel Acquisition Group

Government Photo ID, utility bill, or other such documentation as may be appropriate to determine the identity

Those individuals that have either financial interest or account control will be required to provide governmental photo identification with current address
Non-US persons: taxpayer identification number, passport number and country of issuance, alien identification card number, or number and country of issuance of any other government issued document that shows nationality or residence and bears a photograph or similar safeguard.
Non-natural persons (non-US entity): taxpayer identification number, passport number and country of issuance, an alien identification card number, the number and country of issuance of any other government issued document that shows nationality or residence and bears a photograph or similar safeguard or other government issued documentation certifying the existence of the business or enterprise

How We Keep Nonpublic Personal Information Private

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to only those employees who need to know that information to provide the services to you and/or to that will be dealing with both the customer and Hotel Motel Acquisition Group Paper documents shall be safeguard by being kept on site under a customer’s particular file, accessible only to Hotel Motel Acquisition Group’s personnel. Electronic information shall be kept under a customer’s file, accessible only by Hotel Motel Acquisition Group’s personnel and such computer’s have firewall, anti-virus, anti-malware, anti-spyware and other programs to fight against information being compromised. To prevent unauthorized access, computers are password protected as well as files are kept within the office on site, accessible only to Hotel Motel Acquisition Group personnel.

Restriction on Disclosure of Nonpublic Personal Information

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to third parties other than as described below, except as permitted or required by law. Further, we do not under any circumstances sell or rent customer lists, member database or personal information to any party for marketing purposes.

Nonpublic Personal Information and Affiliates

We may disclose nonpublic personal information that we collect about you, such as to verify identity with identity verification agencies, or to process. However, such information is to be provided to such parties under the subject of an agreement. Such agreement prohibits the use and/or disclosure of any nonpublic personal information in any other way than to carry out the purposes directed by our organization.

Nonpublic Personal Information and Nonaffiliated Third Parties

We are permitted under law to disclose all of the nonpublic personal information that we collect about you as described above, to nonaffiliated third parties under certain circumstances. We may disclosure nonpublic personal information to the following types of parties: Government agencies, if required by law. Information that is disclosed to such parties do not include vital information such as social security number.

We may disclose some of the nonpublic personal information, as described above. In all of these cases, we shall have agreements with such parties that prohibit the use and/or disclosure of any nonpublic personal information in any other way than to carry out the purposes directed by our organization, unless such information is requested by Government agencies, such as federal authorities.

OPT-OUT Option

NOTICE: If your prefer that we not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties and/or affiliated parties, you may opt out of those disclosures; that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted or required by law). If you wish to opt out of disclosures to nonaffiliated third parties and/or affiliated parties, please
